Good day folks,
Today I had the pleasure to meet with a wonderful crew. The Captain was young but had a very professional way with his crew. Always polite and considerate but with the right air of authority for his position. The crew of course responded well and in this way the team was stronger and more resiliant.
It always makes me proud of our industry when such camaraderie is there. Remember it is not pieces of paper and expensive equipment that keeps us safe,; it is the strength and resilience of the team.
