Legislate the right parties

Hi Folks

With the imminent new reglations to reduce air pollution in the EU the EU politicians have required the ship operators to ensure they meet the new standards, which is fine but... The real way to achieve the required standard would be to legislate the fuel producers to reduce the pollutants in the fuel. This is just another way in which the seafarers and the operators are being sqeezed unfairly.

To achieve real change then the reals roots of a problem should be sorted not half way up the tree.
